Homenet Property Management is looking for a motivated and disciplined entry-level candidate to perform general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor management.
- Processing payments to relevant authorities and institutions.
- Report writing.
- Conducting occasional property inspections and handovers.
- Performing other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate.
- Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of local languages is an added advantage).
- Computer literacy (MS Office and basic web usage).
- Strong time management skills.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Excellent customer and client service skills.
