Security Guards – HESCO-Hardrich Engineering Services Company Limited
HESCO-Hardrich Engineering Services Company Limited is urgently seeking two reliable, vigilant, and honest security guards to join our Kalulushi team. As security guards, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and company assets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical ability to control access to company premises and respond to incidents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to comply with safety rules and regulations.
- Must be 30 years and above.
- At least two years’ experience as a security guard, preferably in an industrial or engineering setting.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum Grade 12 certificate from a recognized institution.
- At least 30 years and above.
- Able to maintain accurate records of incidents and security breaches.
- Former police/military officers are encouraged to apply.
