Neelkanth Fresh Foods Limited is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems, providing technical support to users, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related challenges efficiently.
Ensure IT systems’ security, including data backup, antivirus protection, and access controls.
Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security.
Recommend and implement new technologies and solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with departments to address IT requirements and ensure smooth operations.
Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and installations.
Document IT systems, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support or administration.
Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
