We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Boarding Patron to join our team and provide exceptional care, mentorship, and support to our boarding students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the welfare, safety, and well-being of boarding students.
- Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Ensure discipline, adherence to school policies, and harmonious relationships within the boarding house.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular and recreational activities for boarders.
- Monitor students’ health.
- Maintain boarding house facilities and report any maintenance needs.
Requirements
- A passion for working with young people and supporting their development.
- Must have 2 years plus experience has a boarding Patron
- Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5′ O’ Levels and a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or any related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Flexibility to stay at the facility.
