1. Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise will help expand our brand presence and achieve sustainable success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Develop and execute business plans to meet revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends to stay ahead of competitors and uncover new areas for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to drive growth.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach.
2. Field Marketer
As a Field Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in increasing brand visibility and engaging directly with customers. You’ll represent our brand in the field and support our marketing efforts through hands-on, direct marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead field marketing activities, including customer engagement, product demos, and promotional events.
Gather valuable customer feedback to identify trends and inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and events.
Drive brand awareness and customer engagement in assigned regions.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in field marketing or sales.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
