We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and exceptional sales abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
-Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
-Create engaging content for various marketing channels
-Manage social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives
-Track and analyze marketing metrics
-Prepare marketing reports and presentations
-Support brand development and management
-Coordinate with external marketing vendors and agencies
Sales
-Generate and qualify new business leads
-Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
-Build and maintain strong client relationships
-Conduct product presentations and client meetings
-Maintain accurate sales records
-Provide regular sales forecasts and reports
Required Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
-Minimum 3 years of combined marketing and sales experience
-Proven track record in achieving sales targets
-Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
-Valid driver’s license
