Primary Education Lecturer

Responsibilities:

• Teach primary education courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Provide individual guidance and mentorship to students, fostering their academic and professional development.
• Assess student performance through assignments, practical work, and exams.
• Participate in curriculum development and enhancement initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
• Assist with academic resources development, including tests, assignments, and course materials.
• Engage in academic and departmental activities, including research, workshops, and conferences.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field (required).
• Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Primary Education or a related field (required).
• PhD: A Doctorate (PhD) in Education or a related discipline is an added advantage.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or working in the field of primary education.
