We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, manage our social media presence, and create engaging content to showcase our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
2. Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) by creating and scheduling engaging, high-quality content.
3. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and SEO.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with business goals.
5. Monitor social media trends, analytics, and insights to optimize performance and engagement.
6. Create and oversee content for blogs, newsletters, and the company website, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and style.
7. Organize events, promotions, and collaborations to build relationships with partners and clients.
8. Track marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to ensure our company remains innovative and competitive.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and content creation.
3. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing software.
4. Excellent writing, editing, and graphic design skills (experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus).
5. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and create eye-catching campaigns.
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Experience in the home décor, interior design, or retail industry is an advantage.
