Hollard Insurance Zambia Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager – Direct. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales performance and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide timely reports and analysis on sales performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements and Skills:

• Degree in Business Administration or other relevant courses.
• Diploma in Insurance is an added advantage.
• Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in the insurance industry.
• Proven success as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
