Key Responsibilities
- Sell Zedmobile products and services
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Inform customer of deals and promotions
Candidate Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing
- Proven customer support experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Appreciation of the telecommunications industry
