Sales Representative x2 Hyppacom Technologies Limited

Hyppacom Technologies Limited is seeking two enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. These individuals must be able to sell the company’s products and services and manage customer relationships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services within the IT industry.
  • Utilize social media platforms extensively to engage with potential customers and drive brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote the company’s brand.
  • Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to clients to showcase the value proposition of the company’s products and services.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and agreements with clients, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as technical, accounts and operations, to ensure alignment and cohesion in achieving business objectives.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports, updates, and forecasts to management on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Experience or knowledge in the IT industry is considered an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in Marketing,Computer Studies or any other related field
  • Knowledge of I.C.T. products and services will be an added advantage
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Team player
  • Driver’s License is a must.
