Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the business is fully compliant with all necessary requirements
- Investigate and provide solutions to improve overall business GP’s and margins per business unit
- Investigate and rectify any recipe issues
- Maintain and manage the overall asset register
- Assist finance team to rectify/reconcile and/or address any financial system issues that the business may introduce
- Review daily system reports
- Liaise with the operations team on any abnormalities per business unit
- Assist finance team in compiling weekly and monthly financial reports
Qualification Requirements
- Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate qualification in Accounting or equivalent ( ACCA, ZICA, CIMA)
- Two (2) years post qualification relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a Risk Officer
- Knowledge of risk assessment and control
- Experience with auditing and reporting procedures.
- Strong computer and analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
