The Advertiser is part of a group of professional services providers who provide services across corporate and legal services (the “Group”). We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and marketing initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. The role will entail engaging with three distinct businesses which provide legal services, company secretarial services, and legal technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC for the Group.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance/metrics of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize results.
- Manage and enhance the Group’s websites to improve user experience, increase traffic, and drive conversions.
- Coordinate with external developers, designers, and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials for the Group.
- Collaborate with the Group teams to align marketing strategies with lead generation objectives.
- Stay up to date with online marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular audits of social media channels and website performance to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update online business listings across various e-commerce and digital platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Develop engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and graphics, to boost audience engagement.
- Oversee the Group’s social media presence, scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking performance.
