Reports to: Area Manager
Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Business, Finance, Development, Economics or related field.

Job Overview
The MSME Client Officer is responsible for managing the Micro Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) loan activities as per AMZ policies, procedures and guidelines:
- Recruitment of MSME clients.
- Loan assessments for MSME clients
- Managing the MSME loan portfolio.
- In doing all this, complying with the Operations Policy and Procedures and maintaining good relations with clients as well as accurate records.
Requirements
- Good written and spoken English and ability to speak the local language in the respective area
- Strong commitment to work in the field
- Ability to ride a motorbike or strong willingness to learn as it is the only mode of transport
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Good analytical, calculation and explanation of numbers
- A Police Clearance Certificate will be required upon being offered the job
