Provide Tier 1 full-stack support to users.
Assist with setting up and configuring computer systems and software.
Escalate more complex tickets to Tier 2 support and learn from them.
Help maintain and update IT equipment inventory.
Effectively manage all tickets assigned within stated SLAs.
Coordinate assignment of queries from the helpdesk when manning the helpdesk
Must be a Zambian national & resident.
Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
1 year experience in an IT support role or similar role using a ticketing system.
