A Zambian company is seeking a highly driven and experienced Motor Sales Manager to lead and grow its automotive sales division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive vehicle sales and market share growth.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns for motor sales.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the motor industry, including sales trends and customer preferences.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet business targets.
