About XPoint Investment Limited
Xpoint Investment Limited is a company that specializes in the processing of precious metals such as Gold. Our productions sites are located in Mumbwa with our headquarters in Lusaka.
We are looking for the services of qualified personnel to join our team at our newly constructed CIP Plant in Mumbwa and will be stationed on site.
1.Plant Operator
The primarily responsibilities include the following
Core Duties
- Operate and monitor equipment such as crushers, mills, pumps, screens, carbon adsorption tanks and elution plant.
- Identify process inefficiencies and take corrective actions.
- Assist maintenance personnel in performing repairs and servicing equipment. troubleshooting and resolving process issues.
- Follow safety procedures, use PPE, and adhere to mining regulations.
- Supervise handling and storing of hazardous chemicals (cyanide, lime, activated carbon) safely.
- Supervise sampling & Quality Control.
- Overall plant supervision & good housekeeping.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum of Diploma in Metallurgy and Mineral Processing Engineering or related field.
- Certification in Mine Safety is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in mine safety or related field.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to conduct inspections and investigations in a mine environment.
