1. Production and Maintenance Section Supervisor (1 position)
Job Overview
Responsible for managing manufacturing processes within a specific department or a production line. Work closely with production, maintenance and quality control staff and other company leaders to ensure that he/she meets production schedules, products attain a high-quality standard, and the organization adheres to safety protocols.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Conducting quality checks of deliverables.
Creating and improving production line systems.
Upholding safety and quality standards.
Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001: 2015 standards
Identifying areas for improvement.
Performing Shift Preventive Maintenance of mould and machine.
Safe handling of mould, tooling, crane and equipment.
Performing root cause analysis and establishing CAPA on breakdowns and failure.
Compliance with regulatory, legal and safety requirements.
Maintaining efficient operating condition of all machines and utilities.
Reporting troubleshooting and breakdown progress to management.
Responsible for product change over, line clearance and taking First Sample Approval from QC
Minimum Requirements – Education, Experience and Skills
Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical or a related field
Direct experience in a manufacturing plant and at least two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory role
Knowledge of troubleshooting issues that occur with the machinery and equipment.
2. Plant Machine/Equipment Operator – (3)
Job Overview
Responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance activities within the manufacturing plant. Optimize equipment uptime, enhance productivity, and reduce unplanned downtime through meticulous planning and preventive maintenance strategies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Prioritize, plan, and schedule work orders based on criticality and resource availability.
Ensure work orders are accurate, complete and updated in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Ensure timely procurement of parts and materials to prevent delays.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Act as a liaison between the maintenance team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Minimum Requirements – Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., ERP, PM, Shop ware, etc.).
Strong understanding of maintenance principles, reliability engineering, and equipment lifecycle management.
Maintenance Planning Certification
Reliability Cantered Maintenance (RCM) or similar certifications
3. Mechanical Fitter (9)
Job Overview
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery in the manufacturing facility.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the any repair and Maintenance in the shift
Up-keeping of the standby equipment.
Preventive and annual maintenance planning and ensuring all activities are carried out on time.
Responsible for the 5 S, Top5, Top15 and Top 60 targets.
Minimum Requirements – Education, Experience and Skills
Mechanical Diploma or relevant qualification.
Minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in the Food or related Industries
Through knowledge of maintenance and hands on experience of repair of each equipment’s, pumps, blowers, compressor, Gearbox, Mechanical etc.
Knowledge of Human safety and Equipment safety
4. Production Shift Engineer (Liquid Glucose and Maltodextrin) (1)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the Shift Target quality production, with targeted recovery, minimum down time, utility consumption, chemical consumption with all human and food safety norms and should produce Shift production and recovery report.
Co-ordinating with the Quality department and make the required changes as per the SOP to produce the quality product
Fallow 5 S and carry out the top 5, top15 and TOP 60 work along with Mechanical team in shift
Should maintain the logbook with all information of any deviation in process, break down, chemical consumption, stock and shift recovery
Minimum Requirements – Education, Experience and Skills
BSc Chemical Engineering/ Diploma Chemical Engineering or related qualifications.
Experience of 3 to 4 years in Similar plant
Through knowledge of process equipment and hands on experience of operating each equipment
Sound communication skill and should be able to lead the team in the shift
Knowledge of Food Safety Norms
Knowledge of process safety and equipment safety
5. Boiler and Utility Shift In charge (1)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Operation, recovery, efficiency calculation, maintenance in Shift.
Maintaining the records of the down time and RCA.
Preventive and annual maintenance planning and ensuring all activities are carried out on time.
Planning the inventory and communicating to the required department and ensuring the required material is received in time.
Responsible for the 5 S, Top5, Top15 and Top 60 targets.
Responsible for the Reliability, RCA and OE loss analysis.
Minimum Requirements – Education, Experience and Skills
B. E Mechanical / Diploma/ Boiler specialist
Experience of 4 to 5 years in Similar plant
Through knowledge of operation and maintenance of all boiler equipment, RO, compressor and colling tower
Sound communication skills and should be able to lead the team
Should have Knowledge of Human safety and Equipment safety
6. Laboratory Chemists (4)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Analysis of the online product, Finished Product and Raw material in the shift
Calibration and upkeeping of the Lab equipment
Coordinating with the production team the quality of the product
Responsible for production of quality products
Minimum Requirements – Education, Experience and Skills
Diploma of Science in Laboratory Technology or any other related.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Food Industry Lab Analysis
Through knowledge all chemicals
Calculation and calibration of the equipment
Knowledge of Food safety norms and Audits
Knowledge of Microbiology
Knowledge of operating and using HPLC and microscope
7. Welders (5)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Read, interpret and comply with welding plans and technical specifications
Weld and adjust the different metal structures
Ensure the safety of work equipment and materials
Ensure safety by wearing protective equipment (Gloves, Glasses, Safety Shoes etc.)
Minimum Requirements – Education, Experience and Skills
Diploma/Certificate Welding or Metal Fabrication.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a busy workshop
Proficiency in welding techniques and familiarity with various metalworking tools.
Knowledge of different welding procedures.
Competence in reading technical drawings.
