About the Role:
We are seeking a HR Officer (People Consultant) ] who will be responsible for but not limited to;
Recruitment, selection and onboarding,
Employee record management,
Support payroll processing, and benefits administration,
Handling of all poor performance and IR-related matters,
Handling general office administration, including scheduling, procurement, and correspondence.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you should have:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
2-3 years’ Human Resources experience. Experience in retail/FMCG will be an added advantage
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal & written)
