We are looking to recruit some Sales Executives to join the team.

There will be different posts for each executive, namely: schools, airports/airlines, supermarkets for a FCMG entity. If you have experience in sales and are able to work cohesively with a team, then this is the opportunity for you.
Based in Lusaka, Zambia the successful candidate will be reporting to the Sale and Marketing Manager and will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the sales activities as approved by management, including Sales Promotions, Event Marketing, Trade Shows and other related activities. The Sales Executive will be responsible for their area and will monitor and control the environment to determine which activities yield the best results, assist in data analytics, use CRM platforms and increase client database.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Fixing and following a Permanent Journey Plan for the assigned outlets.
- Visiting the existing supermarket based on daily PJP in Lusaka city.
- Enrolling new supermarket outlets based on fixed criteria.
- Collecting orders from the outlets during daily visit.
- Maintain a positive debtors outlook through timely payment from the outlets.
- Control the credit exposure as per the norms of the company.
- Register growth in existing portfolio and establish the newly launched products.
- Undertake merchandising activity to ensure proper visibility and freshness of the products.
- Propose creative marketing and branding opportunity on the outlets.
- Follow-up for the delivery of products with related departments.
Requirements
You need to have:
A minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in marketing.
Valid Drivers license an added advantage.
Experience in CRM platforms an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of a merchandising set up.
Able to work on own initiative and has a creative mind.
Strong organizational skills.
Hours of work: 48 hours minimum with travel when required.
