Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable financial applications, APIs, and payment gateways.

• System Integration: Work on integrating third-party financial services, banks, mobile money, and merchants

• Security & Compliance: Ensure applications follow industry security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in financial applications.

• Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix technical issues in real time to ensure seamless service availability.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver user-friendly financial solutions.

• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with fintech trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

• Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to quickly learn new systems with minimal supervision.

• Understanding of APIs and payment integrations.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or telecom.

• Must have hands-on experience with at least two projects in one or more of the following areas:

· Electronic payments

· Consumer mobile applications

· Payment Devices

· Digital financial services products
