A Logistics company is looking for suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join its operations and contribute to its goal of providing exceptional service to its clients.

Positions: Imports and Exports Personnel

Job Responsibilities;

• Retain and maximise business through exceptional service delivery and relationship building by improving turnaround times with a focus on inbound and outbound boarder crossings with timely offloading and loading;
• Update customers on the position of the cargo as when change takes place;
• Ensure required arrangements are in place at all times and communicated to the relevant fleet;
• Clearly communicate / coordinate requirements for specific loads and diversions to drivers and transporter fleets and follow up to ensure all instructions are followed;

Requirements;

• Academic Background: Certificate / Diploma holder in CILT or Bachelors in Transport and Logistics;
• Experience required (minimum/maximum): with 3-5 years, with relevant management experience in a similar role with the transport industry;
• IT knowledge: knowledge of Microsoft Office products (word; excel; power point);
• Age (minimum / maximum): 28-40;
• Others: English – good level of the English language, both written and spoken;
