A Logistics company is looking for suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join its operations and contribute to its goal of providing exceptional service to its clients.
Positions: Imports and Exports Personnel
Job Responsibilities;
- Retain and maximise business through exceptional service delivery and relationship building by improving turnaround times with a focus on inbound and outbound boarder crossings with timely offloading and loading;
- Update customers on the position of the cargo as when change takes place;
- Ensure required arrangements are in place at all times and communicated to the relevant fleet;
- Clearly communicate / coordinate requirements for specific loads and diversions to drivers and transporter fleets and follow up to ensure all instructions are followed;
Requirements;
- Academic Background: Certificate / Diploma holder in CILT or Bachelors in Transport and Logistics;
- Experience required (minimum/maximum): with 3-5 years, with relevant management experience in a similar role with the transport industry;
- IT knowledge: knowledge of Microsoft Office products (word; excel; power point);
- Age (minimum / maximum): 28-40;
- Others: English – good level of the English language, both written and spoken;

- Hard worker, with high levels of dedication;
- Energetic hands-on individual that is proactive and results orientated with an assertive approach;
- Good communication and Co-operation skills;

- Conflict management ability;
