Store Manager (x3) – Lusaka

Kalayim is seeking two dynamic Store Managers to oversee the operations of its Kalayim stores. The role involves ensuring stock availability, maintaining the highest customer service standards, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for maximizing resource utilization to ensure the seamless operation of the store.

Location: Lusaka

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the store’s sales performance.
Communicate sales targets and goals to the team.
Ensure the timely submission of sales reports in line with company standards.
Lead the store’s service vision to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Optimize resource usage to guarantee smooth daily operations.
Manage in-store service performance in alignment with Kalayim’s values.
Protect and enhance the Kalayim retail brand and reputation.
Lead the provision of high-quality service, ensuring positive customer satisfaction.
Establish strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Grade 12 Certificate.
Relevant work experience in the field, with added preferences for certifications and industry affiliations.
Proven experience in customer service.
Leadership experience, especially in a similar role, is a plus.
Experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous.
