Therefore, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Supervisor to join our dynamic team to be based in Kitwe. In this role, the Channel Supervisor will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and revenue through our channel partners. Below are the skills and responsibilities;
Channel Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties
• Develop and implement channel partner strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Manage relationships with channel partners to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction
• Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure successful product positioning and sales
• Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners to identify areas for improvement and growth
• Collect and analyze market and competitor data to make informed decisions regarding channel partner strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new products through channels
• Negotiate and manage channel partner contracts and agreements
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all channel partner activities
Channel Supervisor Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in channel management or similar role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of the industry and market trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel partnerships
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions
