House Assistant Manager
We are seeking a dedicated House Assistant Manager with a background in Education Psychology , Nursing ,Adult Education and Psychology or Clinical Medicine to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the house
- Must be able to reside at the house premises.
- Manage house staff and ensure efficient performance
- Develop and implement educational programs for clients in the house
- Provide counseling and support services as needed
- Coordinate activities and schedules.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Adult Education and Psychology 0r Educational Psychology, Diploma or Degree in Nursing, clinical medicine
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to multitask and Flexibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
