JOB OFFER: SERVICE CENTRE COORDINATOR
TM Lubricants Zambia Limited is seeking ONE energetic, proactive, and result-oriented individual to fill the position of SERVICE CENTRE COORDINATOR to be based in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Service Centre targets are met i.e. Volume and Margin
- Manage the service center staff – administration.
- Manage Service Centre Outlook (Cleanliness and standard set up)
- Stock Management – Accuracy and re-ordering
- Sales management
- Visit customers regularly and assess the suitability of lubricants being used. Advise better lubricants where possible.
- Monitor daily deposits and undertake verification of sales daily and share deposit report daily
- Business Development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Business related field or Engineering ).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales. FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven persuasive power.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years driving experience.
- First-rate computer skills, telephone etiquette, and work ethic.
- Proven ability to work under pressure on strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management, and task prioritization skills.
