Position Title: ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLLER

Job Overview
The Administrative Controller role is key in the organization and responsible for assisting with overseeing and directing the administrative and financial operations of the company. This role involves managing and coordinating various administrative functions, including finance, human resources, facilities, and operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
General office management
Assist with a variety of general administrative and clerical functions of Accounting and Fleet management
Managing petty cash for the office
Processing and capturing data on SAP and MS Excel
Assisting in performing basic Human Resource and Administration functions
Assist in scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Assist in managing the fleet, including vehicle Tracking, registration, road licenses, and insurance.
Reporting any vehicle accidents or damages to the Fleet Controller.
Knowledge, skills and competencies:
Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems (Added advantage)
Experience in working for a Freight or logistics company.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Numerical Skills & Analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
Excellent administrative and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Work)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Self motivated, disciplined and enthusiastic, Pro-active and dynamic
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics or Purchasing & Supply
Grade 12 School certificate.
Valid professional registration for 2025
