Main Duties
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive the growth and profitability of the HUSH Tech Solutions in the country.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with client standards and local regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee budget planning and cost control to achieve financial targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, lead sales initiatives and expand service offerings.
- Together with the HR team, recruit, train and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and results-driven work culture.
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and ethical standards in all aspects of operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government agencies, partners and industry bodies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in the BPO industry, with at least 2-3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of BPO operations, client relationship management and process improvement.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage operational budgets effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.
