Main Duties

  • Develop financial strategies, budgeting and forecasting processes to drive business growth and sustainability.
  • Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and general ledger functions.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws and company policies.
  • Monitor and control costs to improve profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring accurate financial records and mitigating financial risks.
  • Implement financial process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability.
  • Work closely with senior management, clients and financial institutions to align financial goals with business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with financial systems and ERP software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
