Live-in Personal Assistant Tamanga

LIVE-IN Personal Assistant.

I run a small online business from home in Chalala.

I am a mother of four kids. I need a personal assistant to help me with errands and admin work in my business.

My assistant has to be a live-in because sometimes I work in the evenings.

The work revolves around:

  • data entry on a phone and laptop
  • responding to customer questions on Facebook and WhatsApp
  • making some calls
  • running personal errands for me, like shopping or school pickups
  • babysitting when needed. The kids go to school, but sometimes I work in the evening.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Female – you will sometimes need to babysit [I already have a maid]
2. Able to get along with kids
3. Computer literate
4. Able to type
5. Able to do basic data entry
6. Good communication skills.

EDUCATION
Grade 12 Certificate [I can accept less if you know how to use a computer]
Computer literate.

ADDED ADVANTAGE
Interest in social media and content creation
Interest or ability to do hair styling
Interest or abilities in fashion
