Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all site activities.
- Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.
- Enforce safety regulations and compliance.
- Manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Report progress and challenges to senior management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in construction site management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
